Jazz Roots is a musical group that has been together 10 years . We have made 8 albums
Ken Roy Berry- Keyboards, Vocals & Left hand Bass and Drummer Chris Braun have been the core of the group since it's inception

For the last 3 years Guitarist Barry Finnerty(formally with Miles Davis and The Crusaders among others)has been the 3rd member of the Group.
Our repertoire is a combination of the New York style of jazz Music where Chris and
Barry lived since 1973 and the Soul ,Latin,Blues and Funk traditions of American Music that are The Roots, as well as jazz of Ken Roy Berry's Music coming from the Bay Area.
This makes for an enjoyable, Diversified and meaningful sound for our audiences.
