Jazz Roots is a musical group that has been together 10 years . We have made 8 albums Ken Roy Berry- Keyboards, Vocals & Left hand Bass and Drummer Chris Braun have been the core of the group since it's inception
For the last 3 years Guitarist Barry Finnerty(formally with Miles Davis and the Jazz Crusaders among many others) has been the 3rd member of the group. Our repertoire now is a combination of the New York style of jazz Music where Barry and Chris lived since 1973 and the Soul ,Latin,Blues and Funk traditions of American Music that are The Roots, as well as jazz of Ken Roy Berry's Music coming from the Bay Area. This makes for an enjoyable, Diversified and meaningful sound for our audiences.

Also something completely new --A New Music Page: This includes very recently recorded music, --New tunes & Directions the band is going in.
